Michael O’ Toole is the Director of Celtic People Development:
Experience:
Michael has spent over 15 years working in the training & development arena facilitating the training needs of a wide range of organisations and employees to facilitate mutual goals. He has worked in the areas of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Safety Health and welfare, training & development since 1993. His experience includes working with a wide of range of organisations through the various industrial sectors including Aviation, manufacturing, construction, local authorities, Health Service Executive, and the Social partners (Trade Unions, Employers bodies, National Training body) and in the community.
Qualifications:
Michael is both qualified and experienced in a range of professional disciplines including Training and development, Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management, Occupational Safety, Life coaching and Counselling.

Michael as Director of Celtic People Development works in collaboration on projects for organisations and their employees to empower both to gain from the benefits of the training process engaged in. CPD LTD also works with competent professionals whom are affiliated to their respective professional bodies from a variety of backgrounds to facilitate the training needs of organisations and individual customers of Celtic People Development. Examples of specialist skills available to CPD LTD are Human Resources, Training and Development, Safety and Health, Life and Business Coaching, Team building, Conflict Resolution.
